DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

All domestic deliveries within Malaysia are fulfilled via our local carrier partner, GDex Express.

Shipping Rates

We offer complimentary standard shipping within Malaysia for all orders of RM250 and above. Shipping fees for orders below the stated threshold will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Address

Orders may only be shipped to a valid residential or office address. Once an order has been processed, shipping details cannot be amended. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

BUTNOTREALLY shall not be held liable for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made on business days only, from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery timelines may be affected during peak periods, sales events, or festive seasons.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders will be processed and dispatched within three (3) to five (5) working days (Monday to Friday) after order confirmation, unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

All shipments are fully trackable. Once your order has been dispatched, a confirmation email containing the tracking number and tracking instructions will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Customers may track their parcels via the carrier’s tracking system using the provided tracking details.
