DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All domestic deliveries within Malaysia are fulfilled via our local carrier partner, GDEX Express.

Shipping Rates

ButNotReally™ offers complimentary standard shipping within Malaysia for all orders of RM300 and above. For orders below RM300, a RM10 shipping fee will apply and will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Address

Orders may only be shipped to a valid residential or office address. Once an order has been processed, the shipping details cannot be amended. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

ButNotReally™ shall not be held liable for any delivery issues arising from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made on business days only, from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times may be longer during peak periods, sales events, or festive seasons.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders will be processed and dispatched within three (3) to five (5) working days (Monday to Friday) from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

All shipments are fully trackable. Once an order has been dispatched, a confirmation email containing the tracking number and instructions will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Parcels can be tracked directly through the carrier’s tracking system using the provided details.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

ButNotReally™ offers international shipping to the following countries:

  • Philippines
  • Vietnam
  • Indonesia
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees for international orders vary depending on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout.

Tax & Duties

All applicable taxes, customs duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. For more information on import regulations and possible charges, customers are advised to contact their local customs office.
